TRU Hot Yoga

A 60-minute heated yoga class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and circulation. This structured flow builds endurance and mobility while supporting recovery and overall body balance.

Inferno Hot Pilates

A high-energy, low-impact heated Pilates workout focused on core strength, muscle tone, and full-body conditioning. Ideal for improving endurance and supporting body refinement goals.

Yin Yoga
